Your Thomasville® Natural Flex® Latex Foam Bed will arrive compressed in a single easy to manage box. Set up is fast and easy, requiring no tools.
Use caution in opening the shipping box. Do not use sharp objects or knives, as you risk cutting into your product. Once removed from all packaging your latex mattress will expand to its full size/shape with minimal assistance.
We ship all Thomasville® Natural Flex® Latex Mattresses, Mattress Toppers, Pillows and Accessories via FEDEX ground track or FEDEX freight. Your item(s) will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse, depending on how close you are to the shipping location. All items purchased from ThomasvilleLatexMattresses.com include FREE shipping! In the event that you find it necessary to return or exchange a product, CLICK HERE for details. If you purchased a Thomasville® Natural Flex® foundation and/or an Adjustable Base with your new Latex bed, your entire order will ship via a freight line of our choice. You also have the option of White Glove Delivery. (see below) Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's pick-up location, they will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the product(s) inside. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. For an affordable fee, you can rest easy while your new mattress and/or adjustable bed is set up for you. Service will be scheduled at a convenient time for the customer.
