  • If you're not happy in the first 90 days after your purchase, call one of our Sleep Specialists toll free at 1-866-758-7424. They will work with you to answer your questions and resolve any concerns you may have.
  • If you are still not happy with your new mattress, you may exchange the mattress for another model, or return the mattress for a full refund of your purchase price.
  • Thomasville Latex Foam Mattresses will pay the return shipping costs for TRULY RISK FREE SHOPPING
